Frank was widowed in 1994 after losing Barbara, the mother of his three children to cancer. Frank is survived by his adoring wife, Nancy, and his children, Stacia Fetters of Loma Linda, Luann and husband John Ruehle of Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Jeff and wife Suzanne Grande of Highland. He has five grandchildren, Brian and Leah Ruehle and Jeimmy, Cindy and Clara Grande. He was a graduate of Banning High School and has maintained many friendships and attended reunions throughout the years. After his service in WWII as an Army Air Corp bombardier he returned to Banning to marry Barbara Stacey and begin raising a family. He settled into a career at A.M. Lewis wholesale grocers, where he was a loyal teamster for over 30 years. Throughout his life, Frank was an avid golfer who enjoyed sharing the game with his friends and family. Even though he had slowed down a bit in his later years, he was on the course with his children the day before his untimely passing. He enjoyed his retirement very much and had recently begun a new adventure with his wife Nancy, by moving to Tulare, California where he lived a contented and happy life. Frank was a quiet and gentle man who will be missed by everyone who knew him, a true angel on earth.
