Obituary of Frank Lugo

Frank "Shin" Lugo, Jr., 66, passed away on June 7, 2013 at his home at the Morongo Reservation in Banning, CA. He was born October 24, 1946 at the Soboba Reservation to Frank Lugo, Sr. and Dorothy Aguilar Lugo. He was married to Doris Ann Lugo of Banning for 45 years. He was an electrician, a member of the #440 Union and an Electrical Contractor. He was also employed by the Morongo Public Works and was a member of the Tribal Council. He was a Vietnam War Veteran in the Army and helped bring AA Meetings to the Morongo Indian Reservation. He was a loving brother, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Doris Ann Lugo, his daughter, Suzanne (Phillip) Lugo-Martin, his sons Brian (Kara) Lugo, David Lugo, and Frank (Elena) Lugo III, his sisters, Frances Miguel, Dora Lugo and his brother: James Lugo, Sr. all of Banning, CA. He has 15 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father Frank "Sam" Lugo, Sr., mother, Dorothy Aguilar Lugo, and sons; Darrell Wayne Lugo and Michael James "Bubba" Lugo all of Banning, CA.
