Condolences
Aunt Judy & Ricardo, Ed was such a special person, I always remember seeing him with a smile on his face. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family at this difficult time. Judy, I'm so thankful that we were able to hug you in person over Thanksgiving and that you shared such a special tribute to Ed with us. Ricardo, we can't wait to hug you in person too, you are in our thoughts. Love Jen, Tom, Kayla and Tyler Pjatak
Judy, I am so fortunate to have met Ed. Even though he was not in great health he was still a pleasure to be around. During our visits/haircut appt. he was a pleasure. His love for you radiated from his face. As he would say " Judy, where are you?" He fought for his life until the end. He loved life and his family. He would want you to move forward in life. Enjoy and focus on your health. Enjoy your family an friends to the fullest. Love, Mary
Judy The gift of love is a special blessing. Your marriage was such a gift for you and Ed. Your vows in good times and bad, in sickness and health were inspiring to all. Be assured that God's gift of eternal life and love for Ed are in my Masses.I will join you on Monday. Peace.
Judy, Edmond, Chris and Ricky, I know the void my Uncles passing has left can never fully be filled, but, maybe together you can try. My heart and mind is always with all of you. And, to my Mister Uncle Eddie, I will never forget your laugh. As, I'm sure nobody who has ever heard it can. I love you. I love you. I love you. Jacquie
Eddie, you were the cousin I would have picked last to be a Marine yet being a Marine is just like you. You always did things differently, the unexpected but always done well. The moments we last hugged and you whispered your love are burned in my memory. You were gracious and courageous until you could no longer fight. I would have felt so safe sharing your "foxhole" because I would know you would never let me down or leave me. You have left us physically but not without a lifetime of memories and the pride knowing we had a Marine in our family. Semper Fi. Tu Primo, Ben Judy, our collective shoulders and love are yours. d
Dear Judy and Ricardo: Kiara and I wish we could be there to help comfort you in this time of need. We are so sorry for your loss. Although I have not the chanc to know Ed very long, I know he was a great man with a geniune heart. He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful personality. He will truly be missed. Take comfort in knowing he is in a better place. You both are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Donna & Kiara
Dear Judy & Family: I was sad to hear of Ed's passing-but relieved that he did not have a prolonged time of suffering. Ed seems to have touched a lot of lives through his coaching years. I think that he also touched many lives during his time of illness as well and did a different type of teaching during this period. He was a courageous fighter. During the many conversations that I had with him, while he was at Brookside Healthcare, his love of God and family shone through. His sparkle and laughter were a true representation of God's presence in his life To Judy--tough times are coming as you begin a new phase of mourning. I am available for coffee/tea time anytime you want to talk or just need a hug. Fondly-Mary McKennell

Ed was like a second father to me when I was stationed out there and we shared that special brotherhood of being Marines, he will never be forgotten. The fact that he left us on November 10, the Marine Corps birthday is proof that God needed another Marine in heaven to protect the pearly gates.
