Mary L Malland

A beautiful and dedicated servant of the Lord has entered the kingdom of her Lord and savior. Mary passed away at age 791 January 25, 2018 at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning where she served as a Certified Hospital Chaplain for 14 years.

Mary had a career in Human Resources and after her retirement she dedicated herself to volunteer service as a Pastoral Caregiver at Redlands Community Hospital and then as a Hospital Chaplain. She had many years of study and service at Banning United Methodist Church and attended Community Bible Study for many years.

Mary and her husband1 Merle were married on January 12, 2001 and had an immediate blended family with 10 offspring. She loved every one of them and was so proud of them and her 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Mary is survived by her husband1 Merle1 son David Reschke1 daughter Michelle Schubert1 daughter Geri Bagley1 daughter Rina Perez1 and daughter Tina Wingo [Mark} and her brother1 Paul [Agnes] of Saratoga1 Ca.

Mary was loved and embraced by her extended family1 all in the State of Washington. Son Mark Ma/land [Kim]1 son Tim Ma/land [Michie]1 son Scott Ma/land [deceased}1 son Chris

A memorial service will be held at Banning United Methodist Church on Saturday1 February 17 at 11:00am.
