Obituary of Maryellen Turner

Maryellen Turner was born March 4, 1945, in St. Claire, Michigan. She was called to heaven October 11, 2017, at her home in Cabazon, CA. Maryellen was a resident of California for forty years. She loved spending time with her family, listening to music, dancing, and watching the LA Dodgers. She loved to laugh and joke around. She will be deeply missed by her family and everyone that knew her. Maryellen is survived by her partner Rowena McCreery; daughters Angela Trammell, Michelle Turner, and Kimberly Rios (Brent); twelve grandchildren Kandice Trammell, Brittany Valdivia, Eddie Trammell, Brianna Valdivia, Brandee Valdivia Sandoval, Kacie Trammell, Katrina Pacheco, Ryan Valdivia, Zachary Vici, Austin Wilson, Daniel Rios, Bayli-ana Kroening; and eight great-grandchildren, Chad Hernandez, Evan Hernandez, Alexander Sandoval, Abraham Valdivia, Riley Trammell, Armando Valdivia; and soon to be born Analise Sandoval and Aria Diaz. She is also survived by her sister Gay Werner (Mike) and brothers Roger Clarke and Ronnie Clarke; brother-in-law Bob McCreery (Nancy) and Dan Broome (Becky). Maryellen was preceded in death by her father William “Bill’’ Clarke, mother Evelyn Clarke, brothers Gary, Bobby, and Paul Clarke and daughter Kristina Turner. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Wiefels & Son Memorial Chapel at 50 E. Nicolet St. in Banning. She will be laid to rest immediately following the service at San Gorgonio Memorial Park at 2201 N. San Gorgonio Ave. in Banning.
