Patricia "T-Bear" Elmore, age 39, passed away with her loving family by her side on August 11, 2017 in Hemet, CA. She was born to her parents Jay Elmore and Cecile Inocencio in Redlands, CA on September 28, 1977. Patricia attended Banning High School and was a member of Gz Up xbox clan; lived in Hemet for 15 years.

Patricia loved going to the river, riding her dirt bikes, making crafts and loved her animals. Her family was her world.
