Obituary of Barbara H Reagor

Barbara H. Reagor of Banning, CA passed away on May 5, 2017 at the age of 76. She was born to her parents Willie & Dorothy Hunter, Sr. in Abilene, TX on June 4, 1940. Barbara was born and raised in Abilene, TX later moving to Banning, CA in 1967. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Education in 1962 at Huston Tillotson University in TX, then earning her Masters Degree in 1974 at the University of Redlands in CA, retiring in 2000 after 38 years as a teacher. Barbara was a member at Fountain of Life under the leadership of Elder Anderson prior to becoming a member of First Missionary Baptist Church of Banning, CA.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years, Theatlas Reagor, Sr. of Banning, CA; sons, Sedrick Reagor, Sr. of Banning, CA; Theatlas Reagor, Jr. of Banning; sister, Sandra Lover of Banning, CA; brother, Petty Hunter of Abilene, TX; sister-in-laws, Katie Reagor of Banning, CA, Tonya Hunter of Abilene, TX, Charlene Hunter of Banning, CA, Juliette Richardson of Banning, CA; grandchildren, Saudya Reagor, Sara’e Reagor, Atlas Reagor all of Banning,CA, Sedrick Reagor, Jr. of Banning, CA, Eriana Reagor of La Quinta, CA; a host of nieces, nephews, God children and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Dorothy Hunter, Sr. of Abilene, TX; brothers, Willie Hunter, Jr. & Edward Hunter both of Banning, CA.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Reagor will take place at First Missionary Baptist Church in Banning, CA, Thursday, May 18 at 11:00 am, with burial following at Desert Lawn Cemetery in Calimesa, CA.
