Obituary of Helen Marie Rowatt

Rowatt, Helen Marie passed away on April 10, 2017 at the age of 86. Born June 27, 1930 in Los Angeles she was raised by a loving family and had two brothers, Bill and Richard Hookham. She met the Love of her Life, Richard Rowatt, while working at ITT Cannon. They were married on May 30, 1954 and had a wonderful life together for almost 63 years. Helen and Richard, known as “Scotty”, had 5 sons, Alan, Brian, Gavin, Kevin and Todd. They raised their family in Santa Ana and when Scotty retired they moved and continued their life’s journey in the community of Sun Lakes, in Banning California. Helen leaves behind Scotty, all five of her sons and nine grandchildren, Timothy, Shaun, Alyssa, Travis, Ashlee, Christyn, Matthew, Elisa and Ian. Wife, Mother and Grandmother you will be missed. Memorial services to be held at Wiefels & Sons Mortuary, 50 E. Nicolet St, Banning CA 92220. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
