Obituary of Phyllis Parker
Phyllis, resident of Banning for 23 years, passed away at Kaiser Moreno Valley on June 27, 2012. She was born to her parents Leslie and Hazel Rogers in Los Angeles, CA on Oct. 23, 1925. She attended Marshall High School and the University of Minnesota. She worked as a legal secretary for many years. She was the President of Tujunga Woman's Club; a Lutheran, she attended Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Banning.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter Constance (Walter) Gorsuch of Prescott, AZ; son, Derek (Jana) Parker of Palmdale, CA; grandchildren, Natalie (Jason) Piccola, Corrine (Chad) Miller, Derek W. Parker II, DeAnna L. (David) Mariscal; great-grandchildren, Drew Anne Piccola, Brooklynn Renee Piccola, Cadell Karl Mills, Candace Anne Mills. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Parker. Family suggests memorial donations made in Memory of Phyllis Parker to the Widows, Orphans, and Disabled Fireman's Fund @ givetoahero.org
