This saddens me on so many levels. I feel like I knew my cousin but really I did not, we have lived so far apart for so long. I do remember from childhood though that Jeri was always the sweetest and gentlest of all of us cousins... There was quite a difference between us in age, but I remember as a child (and young awkward pre-teen) being in awe of how beautiful and sweet she was and hoping that I could grow up to be like her. I am thankful that we did catch up on facebook before she got sick. She was so very young to be taken away. I wish that we (family) didn't all live so far away from each other. frown emoticon My thoughts and prayers to my Aunt Inez, Uncle Sonny (Lester), Aunt Clara, cousins David & Dean. I love you all! heart emoticon

Jeri Lynn Bachman, born in Akron, Ohio on Dec. 23, 1960, passed away in California after a short illness on March 27, 2015. She graduated from Ellet High School and received her masters degree from The University of Akron. She is survived by mother, Inez Garnet of California; father, Lester bachman (Clara); brothers, David Bachman of Georgia, Dean Bachman of California; stepsister, Anita of Akron; stepbrother, Jimmy of Kentucky; nephew, David of Georgia; two nieces, Shanon of Georgia, Jessica of Canton; two great-nephews, two great-nieces; many other family and friends. Cremation by Wefels & Sons Mort. in Calif.
